  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in the milk until just combined, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
  • For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
