  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Remove the bacon and sauté the chicken ham in the same skillet for a few minutes.
  6. Once the sweet potatoes are done, slice them open and add the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper before serving.
