- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
