  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the baking potatoes with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  4. Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Top each potato with the seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and salsa.
