- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the baking potatoes with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
