  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the carrots, celery, and onions, cooking until tender.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
