- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- In a large pot, combine chicken, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
