- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
