  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the flour and mix until just combined; do not over-mix.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon and a bit of sugar for the swirls.
