  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onions until they are caramelized.
