1 cup chopped green onions
2 cups chopped potatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add chopped green onions and cook until softened.
