  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese; simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss until well coated.
  6. Stir in the green onions and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning.
