A creamy and flavorful Cajun chicken pasta dish with a delightful twist of turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and garlic.
  4. Add the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes, cooking until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Mix in the cooked fettuccine, turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
  • Feel free to add additional vegetables based on personal preference.
