A rich and flavorful creamy garlic chicken dish that brings comfort to your weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
  • Can substitute chicken thighs for a different texture.
