1 pound ground beef
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in mushrooms, cooking until soft.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well combined.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and add to the skillet.
Mix well and serve hot.
