  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
