A delicious and easy-to-make chicken cordon bleu casserole that features turkey bacon for an added twist.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Dijon mustard and breadcrumbs, then add to the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add a cup of cream soup to the mixture.
