Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
