  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 large carrots, sliced
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the beef stew meat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in paprika, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add carrots and potatoes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Cover and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
