A delicious green bean and potato casserole that brings comfort and joy to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the potatoes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, cooked potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and fried onion rings.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
