- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add olive oil, turkey bacon, and chicken ham; cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, lasagna noodles, and Italian seasoning.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure. Stir in spinach, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese until melted.
