  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini until tender.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, and turkey bacon. Toss to combine.
