  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice to make the spicy mayo dip.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
