  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions
