A creamy, cheesy casserole that combines cauliflower and broccoli for a delicious family-friendly dish.

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the chopped cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed vegetables to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
