8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened.
