  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
  4. Add in the diced potatoes and frozen mixed vegetables, and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute with your favorite type of cheese.
