A deliciously creamy and quick recipe for Crack Chicken Gnocchi enhanced with turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, combine the chicken, cream cheese, and chicken broth over medium heat until creamy.
  3. Add in the cooked gnocchi and turkey bacon, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
