  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and green bell pepper, and sauté until they are soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the seafood stock, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the crab meat and shrimp, then strain the mixture to remove solids, returning the liquid to the pot.
  5. Add heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
  6. Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Heat through before serving.
