  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (such as Gruyère or Cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the potatoes in a greased baking dish, topping with turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, you can add more cheese to the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
