  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or lamb over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add the onion, carrots, and celery; cook until soft.
  5. Stir in the peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, and beef broth.
  6. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  7. Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  8. Mix in the butter and milk, then spoon the meat mixture into the potatoes.
