- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the russet potatoes with a fork; bake for about 1 hour or until soft.
