- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into rounds.
