- 1 pound sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup furikake seasoning
- 1 cup shredded nori (seaweed)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sushi rice and water, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and green onions.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture over the rice, then sprinkle with furikake and shredded nori.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
