- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
- Spread the cooked rice in a baking dish evenly.
