  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
