Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and add potatoes, carrots, and corn. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and dried basil.
  6. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted and mixed in.
  7. Finally, add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
