- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion diced
- 4 dried guajillo peppers
- 2 bay leaves
