  • 2 cups celery, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  2. Add diced carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, thyme, and basil. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add green beans and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
