- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
